Variability is operated by Roger Padilla, a sole proprietor registered in Colombia.

By accessing or using Variability ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

AI-Generated Content

Summaries, translations, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries related to billing, refunds and taxes. You agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions when making a payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Read how refunds work.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Variability shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Variability from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing here removes a consumer right you hold under the law of your own country of residence. Purchases themselves are made from Paddle.com as reseller and are governed by its terms.
