Common questions
What happens when I run out of hours?
Processing pauses until your hours reset next month. Upgrade for more each month, or buy a bundle that never expires. Your workspace and everything in it stay exactly as they were.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with Google and start on the Free plan straight away. We only ask for payment if you choose to upgrade or buy extra hours.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, from your settings. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your workspace drops to the Free plan and everything you have stays where it is, so you can come back to it or export it whenever you want.
